Duplicate detection and quarantine give unsuitable records their own path. Collection alone does not make a record ready for search.

MANUFACTURING · REPAIR · INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE
I’m Frank Wilson. My experience with physical systems shapes the way I build digital ones.
Follow the connection ↓01 / UNDERSTAND THE PARTS
From engine assembly to commercial refrigeration repair, my work has called for careful diagnosis, precise execution and following a problem through.
02 / CONSIDER THE CONNECTIONS
Equipment, people and process depend on each other. That perspective carries through logistics and my current critical environment support role.
03 / BRING IT INTO THE WORK
Alongside those roles, I develop software and design digital products. Rack & Role brought that independent practice into the data center hiring space.

Collecting job listings was only the beginning. The platform needed to distinguish usable records from duplicates, incomplete entries and jobs that had gone stale.
I built ingestion, validation, quarantine and expiry into that path, alongside access control and a separate browser automation worker.
Read the decisions ↓Incoming listings enter a shared process before they can become search results.

The application agent used an isolated browser worker. Protected fields were removed before handoff, with a manual path when automation stopped.
Expiry handling addressed stale records. Rack & Role was archived in August 2026; this account describes the built system, not a live service.
My career has moved between making, diagnosing and coordinating. Each setting changes the tools. The habit of looking closely—and following a problem through—carries across.
